轧制油中添加成膜剂对轧制铝板表面质量的影响

摘要
在双辊冷轧机上采用添加不同比例成膜剂和商用添加剂的轧制油进行铝板轧制试验,采用3D表面轮廓仪和金相显微镜对其轧后铝板表面进行观察,分析成膜剂对铝板表面质量的影响规律。结果表明:成膜剂和商用添加剂相对提高了轧制油的油膜强度,增强了轧制油的承载能力;加入成膜剂和商用添加剂的轧制油更容易形成润滑油膜,因而削弱了轧制界面的相互作用,使轧出的铝板表面黏着磨损和黏伤较小,轧制出的铝板表面平整光亮,明显改善铝板表面质量;由于成膜剂能促进表面润湿,改善润滑状态,所以添加有成膜剂的轧制油能使铝板轧后表面粗糙度降低30%~35%。
        Aluminum plate rolling tests were performed for the rolling oils with different proportions of film-forming agents and commercial additives in the double roller cold rolling mill. The surface of aluminum after rolling was observed by 3 D surface profiler and metallographic microscope,and the effect of film-forming agents on the surface quality of aluminum plate was analyzed. The results show that the film-forming agents and commercial additives relatively improve the oil film strength of the rolling oil and enhance the carrying capacity of rolling oil. The lubricating oil film is easier to be formed by the rolling oil with film-forming agent and commercial additive,which weakens the interaction of rolling interface,and reduces the adhesive wear and adhesion of the surface of rolled aluminum plate,so the rolled aluminum plate is smooth and bright,and the surface quality of aluminum sheet is improved obviously. The film-forming agent can promote the surface wetting and improve the lubricating state,therefore,the surface roughness of the aluminum plate after rolling is reduced by 30% to 35% by the rolling oil added with film-forming agent.
