摘要

项目决策和设计是项目工程造价管理的前期阶段,有关统计分析表明,项目决策阶段对工程造价的影响占75%～95%,设计阶段对工程造价的影响占35%～75%。因此,工程造价管理的核心应以项目工程的决策阶段和设计阶段为主。论文通过分析工程前期决策阶段和设计阶段两个重要阶段造价管理的具体内容,阐述了目前造价管理中存在的问题,引入BIM技术,探讨了BIM技术在决策阶段和设计阶段工程造价中的应用。
        Decision and design are the early work of project cost control. The relevant statistical analysis shows that the impact of decision on project cost accounts for 75%-95%,while the impact of design on project cost accounts for 35%-75%. Therefore,the core of project cost management should focus on decision and design. Through analyzing the contents of cost management at the early two important stages,this paper explores the problems existing in the current cost management,and discusses the application of BIM technology at the decision stage and design stage of project cost control.
