摘要
【目的/意义寻找有效的C2C平台信息可信度计算方法,识别平台虚假信息和冗余信息,为C2C平台用户选择和购买商品提供依据和参考。【方法/过程】首先运用文献综述和层次分析法,根据信息传播理论与C2C平台的特点构建C2C平台信息可信度评价指标体系;其次提出基于加权灰色关联度的信息可信度计算方法;最后采集58同城二手手机数据验证提出方法的有效性和合理性。【结果/结论】构建了C2C平台信息可信度评价指标体系,提出了一种基于加权灰色关联度的C2C平台信息可信度计算方法,验证了方法的可操作性和实际应用价值。
        【Purpose/significance】This paper aims at looking for effective C2C platform information credibility calculation method, identifying false information and redundant information platform so as to provide the basis and reference for users in C2C platform to choose and buy goods.【Method/process】This paper first constructs the information credibility evaluation index system of C2C platform according to the information dissemination theory and the characteristics of C2C platform by using literature review and analytic hierarchy process;secondly, the information credibility calculation is put forward based on weighted gray relational degree Method; thirdly,collect the second-hand mobile phone data from 58 cities to verify the validity and rationality of the method presented in the study.【Result/conclusion】The paper constructs the evaluation index system of C2C platform information credibility, puts forward a method of C2C platform information credibility based on weighted grey incidence degree, verifies the method has certain operational and practical value.
