基于BIM技术的某超高层钢结构项目施工可视化仿真研究

摘要
针对超高层钢结构项目施工周期长、技术要求高,管理困难等问题,基于BIM技术实现对项目施工全周期的模型构建和可视化仿真。采用Revit软件进行模块划分,利用软件模型轴线菜单建立轴线视图,根据工程项目实例,以底板基础建立基于底板结构的柱截面型钢混凝土柱模型。通过gb XML将Revit与Autodesk Ecotect衔接,实现对已构建模型的性能指标分析;应用Project生成施工模拟计划,根据Time Liner遵循的"相同名称、匹配大小"实现任务列表与选择集映射,满足模型进度的导入和集合附着、模型外观参数修正和动态化模拟,便于现场施工人员对整体工序的掌控和调整。
        Based on BIM technology, the model construction and visual simulation of the full cycle of project construction were realized, aiming at the problems such as long-term construction period, high technical requirements and difficulty in management. The Revit software was used to divide the modules, and the axis view was obtained by using the axis menu.Taking an engineering project as an example, a column-section steel-concrete column model based on the floor structure was established. The performance index of the built model was analyzed by using gb XML to link Revit with Autodesk Ecotect. The Project was used to generate a construction simulation plan, according to the Time Liner to follow "the same name, and the size of the match", to realize the task list and selection sets mapping, the import of modelling progress, collection of adhesion, model appearance parameters correction and dynamic simulation, and to meet the requirements of site construction personnel on the whole process control and adjustment.
