摘要

目的分析近几年我院中药饮片的质量情况,探讨医疗机构中药饮片质量控制的方法。方法通过整理我院2015～2018年质检部抽检中药饮片的情况,统计不同原因造成的不合格批数,计算不合格率,对我院近几年来抽检发现的中药饮片质量情况进行汇总与分析。结果经过几年严格监管,我院中药饮片抽检的不合格率由2015年的41.2%到2018年下降为4.4%。结论医疗机构对中药饮片的抽查监督对中药饮片的质量控制有重要意义。
        Objective To investigate the method of quality control of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in medical institutions by the quality of Chinese Herbal Pieces in our hospital in recent years was analyzed. Methods By sorting out the situation of sampling Chinese herbal medicine Pieces in our hospital from 2015 to 2018, counting the number of unqualified batches caused by different reasons, calculating the unqualified rate, then,the quality of Chinese herbal medicine pieces found in our hospital in recent years was summarized and analyzed. Results Stricter controls were placed for years, the unqualified rate of sample-checking of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital decreased from 41.2% in 2015 to 4.4% in 2018. Conclusion Sampling inspection and supervision by medical institutions had the great significance of the quality of Chinese Herbal Pieces.
