警员可穿戴多体征参数监测系统的设计

摘要
为了实现公安、消防等高危职业的体征参数监测,以公安日常装备(警盔和T恤)为可穿戴载体,设计了一种体征参数监测系统,实现血氧饱和度、心电、心率的检测、传输和显示。警盔利用反射式探头采集光电容积脉搏波PPG(photoplethysmography)信号,检测血氧饱和度;T恤利用导电硅胶和ADS1292R采集心电ECG(electrocardiogram)信号,检测心电和心率;APP实现体征参数的实时显示。实验表明,ECG信号R波定位的准确率能达到98.5%以上;与标准监护仪对比,血氧、心率的平均误差都较低,血氧的最大误差在5%以内,心率的最大误差在10次/min以内。在不影响正常活动下,系统能够满足国际标准对实时体征参数监测的要求。首次设计了一套适用于警员的可穿戴体征参数监测系统,并实现了参数监测的准确度和稳定性。
        To achieve sign parameters monitoring of police,firefighters and other high-risk occupations,a monitoring system was designed to achieve detection,transmission and display of oxygen saturation,electrocardiogram(ECG)and heart rate.The police helmet used reflection probe to acquire photoplethysmography(PPG)signal,detecting oxygen saturation.The police T-shirt used conductive silicone and ADS1292R to acquire ECG signal,detecting ECG and heart rate.The APP achieved real-time display of sign parameters.Experiments show,the accurate location of ECG’s R wave can reach above 98.5%.Compared with standard monitors,the average error of oxygen saturation and heart rate is low,the maximum error of oxygen saturation is within 5%,and the maximum error of heart rate is within10 BPM.The system can meet the international standard for real-time sign parameters monitoring while not affecting the normal activities.A set of wearable signs parameters monitoring system for police was designed for the first time,which achieved the accuracy and stability of parameters monitoring.
