和——中医学的健康观

摘要
多样化的异质事物在遵循一定规律或规则下相互碰撞与融合达到具有"生"的功能的元整体状态与过程称之为"和"。中医学以天然的视角思考了人体整体观3个层面的诸多因素,只有这些因素实现"和"的状态,使人体整体观3个层面同时具有"生"的功能,才能称之为健康。故中医学的健康观可以表述为人体整体观3个层面的和谐,即人与外部的自然和社会环境、人的形神以及脏腑经络气血津液之间的和谐。
Diversified heterogeneous things are collided and merged with each other to achieve a meta-whole state and process with the function of ‘living' under certain laws or rules, which is called ‘harmony'. Traditional Chinese medicine considers many factors in the three levels of human holism from a natural perspective. Only when these factors achieve the state of harmony and make the three levels of human holism have the function of ‘living' at the same time, which can be called health. Therefore,the concept of health in traditional Chinese medicine can be expressed as the harmony of the three levels of the human body, that is, the harmony between human and nature and society, between the body and spirit, and between the viscera and meridians, qi,blood and body fluid.
