摘要
针对实际应用中出现的传感器加热电极漂移进行分析,其机理印刷烧结的加热电极,内部存在应力,晶体缺陷,颗粒共熔体等不稳定因素,处于热力学不稳定状态。针对失效机理提出了加热电极过载工作温度老化措施及改进了加热电路,并通过试验验证了措施有效性。8只试验样品通过过载试验,剔除2只不稳定产品,6只样品进入相对稳定期;采用改进后加热电路,6只样品连续通电4个月后,输出稳定。试验结果表明:加热电极过载老化及改进加热电路措施有效,可减少加热电极漂移问题。
Drift of sensor heating electrode in practical application is analyzed. The mechanism of the drift is that there are unstable factors such as stress,crystal defect and particle eutectic in the printed and sintered heating electrode,which is in a thermodynamic unstable state. Aiming at the failure mechanism,the aging measures of overload working temperature of heating electrode and the improvement of heating circuit are put forward,and the effectiveness of the measure is verified by experiments. After overload test on 8 test samples,2 unstable products are eliminated and 6 samples entered a relatively stable period. The improved heating circuit is used,the outputs of 6 samples are stable after 4 months of continuous electrification. The experimental results show that the over-load aging of heating electrodes and the improvement of heating circuit are effective,which can reduce the drift of heating electrodes.
