三电极法测量体积电阻率的误差分析与修正

摘要
为对三电极法测量体积电阻率的相对误差进行分析与修正,首先在有限元分析软件COMSOL中建立了三电极测量系统模型并进行体积电阻率的仿真计算,对比理论值验证了模型的合理性。然后在仿真基础上重点探究三电极模型中尺寸和材料等内部参数对体积电阻率测量相对误差的影响规律。结果表明:在三电极法测量模型中,试品本身和支撑材料的电阻率水平与高低压电极厚度对低电阻率试品的测量误差影响不明显,对高电阻率试品则较为显著,误差随试品电阻率的升高而下降;试品半径大于三电极测量装置屏蔽电极外径时,对误差几乎无影响;随着试品厚度增加,误差由指数下降逐渐变为线性下降。最后,通过数据拟合提出了针对上述影响因素的体积电阻率测量相对误差修正公式,该修正公式能够将误差从百分级降至千分级。
        In order to analyze and correct the relative error of volume resistivity measured by three-electrode method, a model of three-electrode measuring system was built in the finite element analysis software COMSOL Multiphysics to simulate and calculate the volume resistivity, and then the rationality of the model was verified by comparing the calculation results with theoretical values. The influence rule of internal factors such as the size and material of three-electrode model on the measuring relative error of volume resistivity was studied mainly based on the simulation. The results show that in the three-electrode measuring system model, the volume resistivity of the specimen and support material and the thickness of high or low voltage electrode have little influence on the measuring relative error of specimen with low volume resistivity, and have significant effects on the measuring relative error of specimen with high volume resistivity, and the relative error decreases with the increase of the resistivity of specimen.The radius of specimen has little influence on the the error when it is larger than the external radius of shield electrode in the three-electrode measuring equipment. With the increase of the thickness of specimen, the relative error decreases exponentially at first and then decreases linearly. At last, a modifier formula of measuring relative error of volume resistivity was presented via data fitting, which can reduce the relative error from percentage to millesimal.
