摘要
考察了椰油酸甲酯磺酸钠(C_(12-14)MES)和棕榈酸甲酸磺酸钠(C_(16-18)MES)的临界胶束浓度、接触角、去污力及钙皂分散力等物化性能。结果发明:C_(12-14)MES降低表面张力效果最佳且钙皂分散力最好,C_(16-18)MES的上污力最强;随着碳链长度的增加接触角变大;MES的泡沫适中。对C_(12-14)MES和C_(16-18)MES在液体洗涤剂中的应用进行研究,结果表明在表面活性剂含量为16%的餐具洗涤剂配方中,其中C_(12-14)MES的加量小于5.0%,C_(16-18)MES的加量小于7.0%;在含量为12%~15%的浴液配方中,C_(12-14)MES的加量小于3.0%,C_(16-18)MES的加量小于5.0%。
Physic-chemical behaviors such as C?,contact angle,foamability,detergency and LSDP of sodium C_(12-14) methyl ester sulfonate and sodium C_(16-18) methyl ester sulfonate were investigated.The results indicated that:C12-14MES showed better ability in reducing surface tension and LSDP;C_(16-18) MES showed better detergency;the contact angle became larger along with the increase of carbon chain length;MES had moderate foam.The applications of two sorts of MES in liquid detergent were studied,the results showed that:in dishwashing detergent formulation,of which total surfactant active matter(a.m.) is about 16%,the amount of C_(12-14) MES was less than 5.0%and that C_(16-18) MES less than 7.0%;in bath formulation,of which a.m is about 12%~ 15%,the amount of C_(12-14) MES was less than 3.0%and that C_(16-18) MES less than 5.0%.
