某雷达背架翻转机构优化分析

摘要
针对某型雷达天线背架举升系统的要求,设计了两种翻转机构,即空间连杆机构和平面连杆机构,两种方式可对背架180°翻转。根据国内外雷达翻转机构特点及运输、架设状态,研究了空间、平面翻转连杆机构的布局方式;根据工程受力特点对背架结构翻转过程中主动缸和连杆机构进行了驱动设计论证,分析了两种不同状态下主动缸的推力特性;最后通过实体建模,分析了电动缸侧向变形和不同偏移量下底部应力特性,得出了缸体最大应力点,验证了空间连杆机构的可行性及优越性,表明该方案是有效的,能满足举升要求。
        Aiming at the requirements of the lifting system for the radar antenna back frame, two turnover mechanisms, i.e., space frame mechanism and plane link mechanism are designed for the use in the structure of the back frame in 180 degrees. According to the characteristics of domestic and foreign radar turning mechanisms and the status of transportation and erection, the two layouts of the lifting and turning mechanisms are studied. Based on the characteristics of engineering stress,the driving design and the demonstration of the active cylinder and the linkage mechanism during the reverse process of the back frame structure are carried out and the thrust characteristics of the active cylinder under two different states analyzed. Finally, through the solid modeling and by analyzing the lateral deformation of the electric cylinder and the bottom stress characteristics under different offsets, the maximum stress point of the cylinder is obtained and the feasibility of the improvement verified, indicating that the improved scheme is effective and meets the lifting requirements.
