包头市现代农业气象服务系统的创研

摘要
为提高现代设施农业的生产能力及农用气象预报预警的服务水平,创建了包头市现代农业气象服务系统并投入应用。WEB站点采用SQL Server 2008数据库平台,使用Thinkphp框架和JQuery技术;手机APP应用基于Java 7平台开发,应用JSON语言与服务器进行数据交互。结果表明,建成了设施小气候观测站网数据库和监测数据显示平台、设施小气候预报系统、设施农作物气象指标库和设施小气候实况对各类作物生长发育影响评估系统、设施小气候预报结论对各类作物生长发育影响评估系统、设施农业气象服务每日提示系统和设施农业气象预警信息系统;及时发布设施农业天气预报并提出生产建议。应用反馈表明,该系统切实提升了当地设施农业的生产能力,包头市农业气象服务实现了专业化与自动化。
        To improve the production capacity of modern facility agriculture and the service level of agrometeorological forecast and early warning, the Modern Agrometeorological Service System in Baotou City was established and put into application. WEB site was designed by using SQL Server 2008 database platform, Thinkphp framework and JQuery technology. The mobile APP was developed on the basis of Java 7 platform, and the JSON language was used to communicate with the server. Results showed that we established the database and the monitoring data display platform for the facility microclimate observation station, facility microclimate prediction system, facility crop meteorological index bank and assessment system of the effect of facility microclimate on the growth and development of various crops, assessment system of the effects of microclimate prediction conclusions on the growth and development of various crops, daily prompting system for facilities agrometeorological service, and facility agrometeorological early warning information system; agricultural weather forecast was released in time and production suggestions were put forward. Application feedback showed that the system improved the production capacity of local facility agriculture, and the agricultural meteorological service in Baotou realized the specialization and automation.
