摘要

为充分利用军队与院校教育训练资源,合力培养高素质新型军事人才,从阐述联教联训质量保障机制的内涵出发,系统梳理和分析当前影响联教联训质量的主要因素,包括组织领导、组训人才、内容衔接和方法手段等,提出建立健全"三纵两横"的组织领导机制、课目树的内容衔接机制、嵌入式的方法手段机制、组训人才的培养评价机制和训练监察督导机制的对策与建议。
        To make the most of education and training resources of both military troops and academies to cultivate all-around talents for military, the paper analyzes the essence of quality assurance mechanism for joint education and training,systematically examines main influential factors including leadership, latent training, content cohesion and related means,and develops proposals to establish relevant mechanisms for comprehensive organization and leadership, content connection for tree-like subject setting, embedded approaches, cultivation and evaluation of talents training, and training supervision.
