摘要
5S管理是企业改善作业环境、稳定产品质量、提高生产效率基本方法。本文以某公司浴霸装配车间为主要研究对象,通过运用5S管理的方法,提出了与车间实际相符合的改善建议,解决了该装配车间主要存在的物品摆放混乱、整理整顿不到位、职工素养不高等问题,达到了实现车间现场整洁有序,生产信息可视化的效果。
5S management was basic methods in industrial and commercial corporations to improve the working environment, stable product quality and enhance the productivity. In this paper, the research object was a bath heater assemble workshop, and the improvement suggestions were putted forward by using the methods of 5S management. To solve the problems of items placed chaos, lacking of the "seiri and setion " and the low quality of staff by putting forward the improvement suggestions to achieve the effect of the workshop site in a neat and orderly state,production information visualized,the suggestions did make it.
