摘要
基于VB和ANSYS提供的二次开发工具APDL,建立了双梁门式起重机桁架式主梁的参数化设计系统,能够完成实际工况下的有限元建模、求解分析与优化设计,以及Auto CAD工程图的生成。本系统设计了人机交互界面,对大量复杂、重复使用的ANSYS宏文件进行了后台整体封装,为桁架式主梁的设计提供了简便、易用的方法,提高了设计效率和质量。
Based on the secondary development tool APDL provided by the VB and ANSYS,the parametric design system forthe truss girder of double girder gantry crane is established in this paper. It can complete the finite element modeling,solutionanalysis and optimization design under the actual operating condition,and generate the Auto CAD project figure as well. Theman-machine interface has been designed and a large number of complex and reused ANSYS macro files have been encapsula-ted in background on this system,which provides a simple and easy method for the truss-type girder design,and improves thedesign efficiency and quality.
