摘要
靖边气田陕45区块的大部分气井已经进入产量递减期,井口压力较低,需要进行增压开采。根据陕45区块生产需要,按照不同增压方式设计增压方案,预测采收率,然后对增压方案进行优选。研究结果表明,在配产相同的情况下,增压方式对采收率没有显著影响;增压规模对研究区的采出量无显著影响,但对气井产量递减率有重要影响。集气站增压工程投资少、成本低,且通过调节单井产量,能延长气井自然稳产期、推迟增压时间,应当作为优先考虑的增压方式。增压规模虽然对采出量的影响不大,但通过调整增压规模,可以调节气藏产量递减速度,合理控制气藏稳产时间,这对气藏调峰具有重要意义。
Most of the gas wells in Shaan 45 block of Jingbian gas field have entered the production decline period, and the wellhead pressure is low, so it is necessary to boost production. According to the production needs of Shan45 block, the corresponding boosting schemes are designed according to different boosting modes to predict the recovery ratio, and the boosting schemes are optimized. The results show that, under the same production allocation, the boosting mode has no significant effect on recovery, and the scale of boosting has no significant effect on recovery in the study area, but has an important impact on production decline rate of gas wells. The boosting project of gas gathering station has less investment and low cost. By adjusting the output of single well, the natural stable production period of gas well can be prolonged and the boosting time can be delayed. It should be considered as a priority boosting mode. Although the scale of boosting has little effect on the recovery, it can adjust the decline rate of gas reservoir production and reasonably control the stable production time of gas reservoir by adjusting the scale of boosting, which is of great significance to peak shaving of gas reservoir.
