风险评估及个性化护理对预防剖宫产术后下肢静脉血栓形成的效果分析

摘要
目的探究风险评估及个性化护理对预防剖宫产术后下肢静脉血栓形成的效果。方法将2018年1—12月这一时段内在该院妇产科进行剖宫产手术的产妇90例纳入研究,随机分为两组,每组45例,对照组给予常规护理,在此基础上,观察组进行风险评估,实施个性化护理。结果观察组下肢静脉血栓形成发生率、VAS评分、肿胀指数均低于对照组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组D-二聚体、血小板水平低于对照组,活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶原时间长于对照组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险评估及个性化护理可有效预防剖宫产术后下肢静脉血栓形成,值得推广使用。
Objective To explore the effect of risk assessment and personalized nursing on the prevention of lower limb venous thrombosis after cesarean section. Methods From January to December 2018, 90 parturients who underwent cesarean section in the Department of gynecology and obstetrics in our hospital were included in the study. They were randomly divided into two groups, 45 in each group and 45 in the control group. On this basis, the observation group was given risk assessment and personalized nursing. Results The incidence of lower extremity venous thrombosis, VAS score and swelling index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05), with statistical significance; the level of D-dimer and platelet in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, while the activated partial thromboplastin time and prothrombin time were longer than those in the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). Righteousness.Conclusion Risk assessment and personalized nursing can effectively prevent lower limb venous thrombosis after cesarean section, and it is worth popularizing.
