摘要
本文综述了X射线荧光光谱的基本原理及其分类,重点介绍了X射线荧光光谱技术在食品、生物医药以及化妆品领域的应用,最后对此项技术在未来的研究趋势进行了展望。
        This paper focuses on the application of X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy in the fields of food,biological medicine and cosmetic.And its research trend in the future is expected.
