摘要
针对昆鹏公司50吨PS转炉炉口砖易损坏、易掉落,造成转炉炉寿低的问题,提出使用楔形砖替代原直型砖砌筑转炉内圈侧炉口,并且让内圈侧炉口砖与炉身砖错缝连接,形成整体,大幅提高炉口砖抵抗机械冲击的性能。新砌筑方式使用后,解决了转炉炉口频繁发生掉砖的问题,具有一定的推广意义,特撰写本文记述改进工作的开展过程以及取得的效果。
        In view of the problem that the 50 tons PS converter mouth brick of Kunpeng Company is easily damaged and fallen, which results in low converter life, the wedge brick is proposed to replace the original straight brick to build the converter inner ring side furnace mouth, and the inner ring side furnace mouth brick is connected with the body brick staggeringly to form a whole, which greatly improves the resistance of the furnace mouth brick to mechanical impact. After the use of the new masonry method, the problem of frequent brick dropping at the converter mouth has been solved, which has a certain popularization significance. This paper describes the process of improvement and the results achieved.
