摘要

为推动煤炭调峰能力建设,有效应对供需波动,保障能源稳定供应,阐述了新时期我国煤炭供给面临的新情况和新问题,分析了我国现有煤炭调峰能力及存在不足,提出了建立调峰煤矿等应对措施以及设立调峰煤矿要解决的问题,研究认为建立调峰煤矿,加大煤炭供给弹性,是有效应对供需波动、保障能源稳定供应的重要措施。
        In order to promote the construction of coal peaking capacity,effectively respond to fluctuations in supply and demand,and ensure stable supply of energy,this paper expounded the new situation and new problems faced by China's coal supply in the new era,analyzed the existing peaking capacity of coal in China and its existing shortcomings,and considered that setting up peak shaving coal mines and increasing coal are necessary. Supply elasticity is an important measure for effectively fluctuating supply and demand and ensuring stable energy supply.
