摘要
某中轨道卫星上搭载的传能线密度(LET)谱探测器首次实现了我国中轨道自主搭载粒子辐射LET谱的探测。本文对LET谱探测器进行了介绍,对ΔE-E望远镜测量LET谱方法进行了评价,给出了该探测方法引入的测量误差。对LET谱探测结果与低轨LET进行了比对分析,研究结果为了解中低轨LET谱特征提供了参考。
        The linear energy transfer(LET)spectra detector on a middle earth orbit(MEO)satellite realized the LET measurement of MEO for the first time in China.In this paper,the LET spectra detector was introduced,the method of semiconductorΔEE telescope was evaluated and the measurement error of the method was given.The detecting result of MEO was compared with that of low earth orbit(LEO),and the result provides important reference for the understanding of LET spectra feature in MEO/LEO.
