椎间盘源性腰痛疼痛机制的研究进展

摘要
盘源性腰痛严重影响人们的健康和生活质量,其机制仍未明确,因而逐渐受到人们重视。目前研究显示,盘源性腰痛的疼痛机制按照起因可大致分为压力改变、神经因素以及化学因子等。本文就盘源性腰痛的疼痛机制的研究进展进行综述。
        Discogenic low back pain considerably deteriorates human healthy and quality of life,which draws attention more and more in recent years.However,the pain mechanism is not clear completely.The present researches reveal that the pain mechanism of discogenic low back pain may be divided into three factors,including pressure changes,neural factors and chemical factor.This article makes a review on the research progress about the pain mechanism of the discogenic low back pain.
