2017年湖北省中小学生健康知识与行为现状分析

摘要
目的了解湖北省中小学生健康知识与行为现况,探讨实施健康教育的基本思路,为提高中小学生健康水平提供参考依据。方法采用多阶段随机抽样的方法,使用《国家健康促进县区项目调查学生问卷》对学生进行调查。结果调查共获得有效问卷4 140份。其中小学1 580人,初中1 677人,高中883人;男生2 075人(50.12%),女生2 065人(49.88%)。除了肥胖问题,其他各项健康状况和生活方式调查中,小学初中与高中均存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。小学生健康知识与行为得分为48.22±14.61,初中为60.71±9.43,高中为64.62±11.85。不同研究对象在健康知识获取途径以及健康教育课次数上差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论湖北省中小学生健康知识获取途径较为单一,健康教育课程的开展较少,健康教育课落实不到位等问题。应积极探索切实可行的学校健康教育模式,促进中小学生健康。
        Objective To investigate the health knowledge and behavior of primary and middle school students in Hubei province,explore the basic thoughts of health education and to provide reference for the health improvement of primary and middle school students. Methods Multi-stage random sampling was used. The questionnaire survey was conducted among students by using the "Health promotion county survey student questionnaire". Results A total of 4 140 valid questionnaires were analyzed. Among them, 158 students were from primary schools, 1 677 from junior high schools and 883 from senior high schools,and 2 075 were boy(50.12%) and 2 065 were girl(49.88%).In addition to obesity, there were statistical differences in all health status and lifestyle between students in primary, middle and high schools(P<0.05). The score of primary school students' health knowledge and behavior was 48.22±14.61,that junior middle school students was 60.71±9.43 and senior high school students was 64.62 ±11.85. There were statistical differences in the access to health knowledge and the frequency of health education courses among different subjects(P<0.001). Conclusion The access to health knowledge of primary and secondary school students in Hubei Province is relatively simple, and the health education class is weakly implemented and less developed. It is necessary to explore a feasible model of school health education to promote the health of primary and middle school students.
