促排汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征胰岛素抵抗的作用

摘要
目的研究促排汤对多囊卵巢综合征患者胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法根据随机数字表法,将2016年1月—2018年6月本院接收的多囊卵巢综合征患者200例分为对照组和观察组,每组各100例。对照组采取二甲双胍治疗,观察组实施促排汤治疗。将两组患者的临床效果、胰岛素抵抗指数进行对比分析。结果观察组多囊卵巢综合征患者的临床总有效率(92.00%)高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组多囊卵巢综合征患者治疗3个月后及停药3个月后的HOMA-IR均低于治疗前,但观察组同时间段的HOMA-IR,与对照组进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论对多囊卵巢综合征患者采用促排汤治疗有助于促进胰岛素抵抗的改善。
Objective To study the effect of promotional soup on insulin resistance in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). Methods According to the random number table method, 200 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome received in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were divided into control group and observation group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with metformin. The observation group was treated with promotional soup. The clinical effect and insulin resistance index of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total clinical effective rate(92.00%) of the patients with polycystic ovary syndrome was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The HOMA-IR of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in the observation group was lower than that before treatment after 3 months of treatment and 3 months of withdrawal. However, there was no significant difference in HOMA-IR between the observation group and the control group(P > 0.05).Conclusion The use of promotional soup in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome can contribute to the improvement of insulin resistance.
