离子色谱法测定水中亚硫酸根和硫酸根

摘要
通过使用CIC-D120离子色谱仪对水中SO_3~(2-)、SO_4~(2-)测定,采用SH-AC-4亲水型阴离子色谱柱分离,优化淋洗液浓度配比和加入有机改进剂很好分离亚硫酸根和硫酸根离子。实验表明:采用3.3 mmol/LNa_2CO_3+7.4 mmol/LNaHCO_3+10%丙酮作淋洗液,SO_3~(2-)、SO_4~(2-)离子分离效果最好;对同一样品进行精密度试验,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)小于5.4%;按标准加入法进行回收率试验,回收率在91.8%~101%之间。分析表明本法能使测定的选择性、准确性、精密度和速度得到改善,且都可以得到很好的线性和较低的检出限。
        Anions of sulfite and sulfate in water were determined by CIC-D120, SH-AC-4 anion exchange column was used for IC separation, anions of sulfite and sulfate in water were separated very well by optimizing the concentration ratio of eluent and using organic modifiers in eluent. The results showed that using 3.3 mmol/LNa_2CO_3+7.4 mmol/LNaHCO_3+10% acetone eluent can improve the separation effect and the efficiency of analysis, and test for precision was made with a same sample, giving values of RSDs( n =6) less than 5.4%. Test for recovery was made by standard addition method, giving results in the range of 91.8% ~101%. As is showed that this method was easy to operate and had a better accuracy, good linear relationship and lower limit of determination were obtained.
