摘要

目的:观察萧氏双C护理模式对股骨颈骨折患者的护理效果。方法:选取80例股骨颈骨折患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成对照组、观察组各40例;对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组给予萧氏双C护理模式,对比观察两组护理效果,同时对比两组患者对于护理工作的满意度。结果:观察组骨折视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)、并发症发生率均低于对照组,且护理满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对股骨颈骨折患者给予萧氏双C护理模式有利用减轻患者疼痛程度,降低术后并发症发生率,提升预后且患者的满意度高。
        Objective: To observe effects of Xiao's double C nursing mode on patients with femoral neck fractures. Methods: 80 patients with femoral neck fractures were selected as the objects of this study. These patients were divided into control group(n=40) and observation group(n=40) by using the random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given Xiao's double C nursing mode. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared, and the satisfactions of the two groups with the nursing work were also compared. Results: The visual analog pain score(VAS) and complication rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the nursing satisfaction was significantly better than that of the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: Xiao's double C nursing mode for the patients with femoral neck fractures can reduce the pain degree, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve the prognosis and improve the satisfaction of the patients.
