宫腔内人工授精术的概括及进展
摘要
宫腔内人工授精(intrauterine insem-ination,IUI)是治疗不孕不育的重要方法之一,但妊娠成功率较低,影响因素有很多,根据患者不孕原因及个体情况,选择不同的宫腔内人工授精方案至关重要。本文就IUI的适应症、妊娠成功率相关因素等方面的研究进展进行综述。
