摘要
基于1 522份消费者微观数据,研究了消费者对施用有机肥农产品的质量感知与支付意愿。研究表明,多数消费者能够感知到有机肥替代化肥对食品安全、环境友好和产品品质提高的影响;消费者对施用有机肥大米的平均支付溢价是1.108元/500 g;尽管环境风险感知对支付愿意的影响不显著,但是品质感知和"环保主义者"对支付意愿具有显著影响。
