摘要
采用高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术对3种人参属药用植物种子生根过程胚乳中人参皂苷的变化进行了鉴定。结果表明,在人参胚乳中共鉴定出8种人参皂苷,西洋参中鉴定出8种人参皂苷,三七中鉴定出5种人参皂苷。在三者种子生根的过程中,胚乳中的皂苷含量总体呈上升趋势。当胚根伸长至5 mm时,人参、西洋参中皂苷含量上升不再明显,有些皂苷含量开始减少,但三七未出现上述现象。
        The changes of ginsenosides in the endosperm of three medicinal plants of Panax species were identified by high performance liquid chromatography mass spectrometry.The results showed that eight ginsenosides were identified in endosperm of P.ginseng, eight ginsenosides were identified in P.quinquefolius, and five ginsenosides were identified in P.notoginseng. In the process of rooting of the three,the saponin content showed an overall upward trend. When the radicles were extended to 5 mm,the ginsenoside content of P.ginseng and P.quinquefolius rose no longer, and some saponin contents began to decrease. However, the above phenomenon did not occur on P.notoginseng.
