三相并网逆变器LCL滤波器的参数设计方法

摘要
目前,国内外对LCL型滤波器参数设计的研究正在进行中,但是这些研究并不适用于空间矢量脉冲宽度调制(Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation, SVPWM),针对三相并网逆变系统中的开关动作方案,提出一种适用于SVPWM的三相并网逆变器LCL型滤波器的参数设计方法,并介绍一种针对SVPWM进行优化的LCL型滤波器的设计方法。通过开关状态对电网侧电流的纹波分量进行数学分析,得到逆变器侧电感参数,根据无功功率吸收比来选择滤波电容器参数,利用输出电流纹波衰减系数对电网侧电感参数进行设计。将测得的实际电流的畸变率与目标电流的畸变率进行比较,所得的误差在允许的范围内,验证了所提出方法的可行性,并通过仿真验证了该LCL型滤波器设计方法的有效性。
        At present, the research on LCL filter parameter design is under way at home and abroad, but these studies are not suitable for space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM). Aiming at the switching action scheme of three-phase grid-connected inverters, a parameter design method of three-phase grid-connected inverters LCL filter for SVPWM is proposed, and a kind of parameter design method for three-phase grid-connected inverters LCL filter is introduced. The design method of LCL filter optimized for SVPWM is presented. Through the switching state, the ripple component of the grid current is mathematically analyzed, and the inverter side inductor is then obtained. According to the reactive power absorption ratio, the filter capacitor was chosen. And the grid-side inductor was designed by the output current ripple attenuation coefficient. By comparing the total harmonic distortion(THD) of the actual current distortion rate measured with the THD of the target current, the obtained error is within the allowable range, which can prove the feasibility of the proposed method. The effectiveness of the LCL filter design method is verified by simulation.
