摘要
采用沉淀法合成了以药物恩诺沙星(ENRO)为第一配体,邻菲罗啉(Phen)为第二配体的稀土铽药物配合物,采用元素分析、紫外光谱、红外光谱法初步表征配合物结构,并对其荧光性质进行了考察.结果显示,配体与稀土铽离子之间发生了配位,生成了新的稀土配合物;配合物荧光光谱中显示出铽离子的4个特征峰,发出绿色荧光,荧光性较好;发射光谱中存在较强配体峰,说明能量传递不完全.
The rare earth terbium complex with drug ligands of the enrolfloxacin as the first ligand and the phenanthroline as the second ligand was synthesized by precipitation method.The structure of the complex was characterized by elemental analysis,ultraviolet spectroscopy and infrared spectroscopy and the fluorescence properties were explored.The results showed that the terbium ion(III)and the ligand were coordinated together,and a new rare earth complex was formed.The four characteristic peaks of terbium ions appeared in fluorescence spectrum of the complex,and as a result the complex emitted green fluorescence with rather good fluorescence performance.Also there existed rather strong peaks coming from ligands in emission spectrum,indicating that the energy transfer efficiency was not complete in the complex.
