新时代农村思想政治工作的思路与举措

摘要
农村思想政治工作是党的思想政治工作的基础,从认知度、满意度、预测度三个维度调查农村思想政治工作的现状,反映出的问题包括普通群众对思想政治工作的认知度还不高、满意度需提高、普通群众和农村干部对思想政治工作的预测度存在偏差和不合理性。在新时代解决农村思想政治工作的困境,需要坚持党的领导、明确指导思想、实现思想政治工作大众化。
Rural ideological and political work is the basis for the ideological and political work of the Party. By investigating the status quo of rural ideological and political work from the three dimensions of cognition, satisfaction, and prediction, we find that the masses have low level of awareness and satisfaction of the work, and that neither the rural cadres nor the masses can predict their work without deviation and irrationality. To solve the dilemma of rural ideological and political work in the new era, it is necessary to adhere to the leadership of the Party, clarify the guiding ideology, and achieve the popularization of ideological and political work.
