原平治所变更始末

摘要
从秦庄襄王三年(公元前279年)原平始设县府起,到公元1958年县政府机关从原崞县城搬迁回原平镇止,在这2 200多年的岁月里,原平县名经历了多次变换,而原平治所也经历了多次的迁移变更。这种变迁与国家局势的变化以及因此变化而导致的原平这个地区所担任职能的变化有着密切的联系。原平县治所由原平县城向崞县城转移,归咎于原平整个地区由普通县府向军事要塞转变,而原平县治再次从崞县城回归原平镇,归缘于原平整个地区由军事要塞向现代化城市的转变。
From the third year( 279 B. C.) of King Zhuangxiang of Qin Dynasty,Yuanping was established as a county prefecture,By 1958,the county government organs had moved back to Yuanping from the original county seat. In the past 2 200 years,the names of Yuanping County have undergone many changes,and the seat of a local government of Yuanping County has also undergone many migration changes. This change is closely related to the changes in the situation of the country and the changes in the functions of the region as a result of these changes. The transfer of Yuanping County Government Institute from Yuanping County Town to Guo County Town was attributed to the transformation of the whole area of Yuanping from ordinary county prefectures to military fortresses. And Yuanping County returned to Yuanping Town from its county seat,which was attributed to the transition from military fortress to modern city in the whole area of Yuanping.
