从失败经验看建筑节能评估对设计的提升——以温州项目为例

摘要
民用建筑节能评估工作的推进对节约能源效果显著,从具体项目看,效果并不仅限于节能减排,其对于提升设计水平也发挥了重要作用。文章以温州地区的几个项目为例,分别介绍了其空调室外机布置、变电所设置、建筑幕墙与女儿墙、结构设计、海绵城市、自然采光,分析了项目特点、难点、要害点,挖掘失败经验,探索总结提升和调整改进措施。
Promoting energy-saving assessment of civil buildings has a remarkable effect on energy conservation. In terms of specific projects,the effect is not limited to energy conservation and emission reduction,it also plays an important role in improving the design level.Taking several projects in Wenzhou as examples,this article introduces the outdoor air conditioning unit layout,substation setting,curtain wall and parapet wall,structural design,sponge city,natural lighting,analyzes the characteristics,difficulties and key points of the project,excavates the failure experience,and explores and summarizes the measures for upgrading and adjusting and improving.
