摘要
覆岩隔离注浆充填开采是建筑物下压煤开采的有效方法,充填过程中浆体在压力作用下将出现泌水,泌出水过多时不仅容易导致充填效率低,同时沁水有可能沿断层等结构面溢出,对井下安全生产造成一定影响。为了确定覆岩注浆层位内充填浆体的泌出水量,掌握充填粉煤灰浆体泌水特性与注浆压力之间的关系,采用电液伺服万能试验机和自行设计的粉煤灰浆体压缩仪开展试验研究。试验结果表明,在压力作用下,粉煤灰浆体会持续泌水,泌出速率逐渐降低,直至浆体被压实后停止;粉煤灰固水率随着压力的增加而减小,二者近似呈对数关系。基于试验结果,建立了充填浆体泌水量与注浆充填压力及充填层位深度的关系式。
        Grouting filling mining with isolated overburden was an effective method for coal mining under buildings,slurry would bleed under pressure in the course of filling,and excessive bleeding water not only caused low filling efficiency,but also would overflow along the fault planes,which had influence on the safety mining.In order to determine bleeding water yield of slurry in grouting section of the overburden,and grasp the relationship between coal ash slurry bleeding properties and grouting pressure,the electro-hydraulic servo universal tester and self-designed coal ash slurry compression apparatus were used in the experimental research.The results showed that under the pressure effect,the coal ash slurry had a continuous bleeding,the bleeding rate decreased gradually and stopped until the slurry was packed down;fixed moisture rate of coal ash decreased with the increase of pressure,and the relationship between the fixed moisture rate and the pressure was found to be logarithmic.Based on the experimental results,the relation among the bleeding water yield of slurry,grouting filling pressure and the filling section depth was established.
