摘要
为了减轻果农在采摘与收集过程中的劳动力,针对中小型果园,本文在分析机械传动的基础上,研制了基于慧鱼模型的电动式水果采摘收集一体机。此一体机由采摘装置、伸缩装置和收集装置组成,伸缩装置带动采摘装置作360°旋转,竖直方向的移动和水平方向的伸缩让采摘装置到达任意采摘对象下方,通过采摘装置可实现对随机分布的水果检测、采摘;收集装置根据水果品相不同,将水果放置于不同的收集筐,减少了人工分类的繁重操作。
In order to reduce the labor force of fruit growers in the process of picking and collecting,for the medium or small orchard,based on the analysis of mechanical transmission,this paper developed an electric fruit picking and collecting machine based on the Hui fish model. The integrated machine consists of a picking device,a telescopic device and a collecting device. The telescopic device drives the picking device to perform a 360° rotation,vertical movement and horizontal expansion and contraction,so that the picking device reaches below any picking object,and the picking device can achieve Randomly distributed fruit detection,picking,and harvesting devices place fruits in different collection baskets depending on the phase of the fruit,reducing the laborious manual classification.
