摘要
研究回注污水水质对油藏储层渗透率影响规律对油田提高注水效果具有重要意义。针对大庆杏南油田7种不同渗透率的油藏天然岩心,设计了6种不同水质的污水(不同浓度及粒径的悬浮固体浓度、不同含油量)室内岩心流动实验,揭示了污水水质对油藏储层渗透率的影响规律。结果表明:污水中悬浮物对储层的堵塞类型为贯穿性堵塞、过渡性堵塞和浅部堵塞三种形式,其中贯穿性堵塞起主要作用;堵塞形式主要受水中悬浮物粒径控制;建立了6种回注污水对不同渗透率储层的影响图版,为油田现场提供了技术指导;针对大庆杏南油田,建议3×10~(-3)、7×10~(-3)、20×10~(-3)、50×10~(-3)μm~2储层注入回注污水界限为5.3.1水(悬浮固体浓度5 mg/L、粒径3μm、含油量1 mg/L),110×10~(-3)、180×10~(-3)μm~2储层注入回注污水界限为5.5.2水,250×10~(-3)μm~2储层适合注入回注污水界限为8.5.2。
        It is of great significance to study the effect of reinjected sewage quality on the permeability of reservoir to improve the water injection effect. In this paper, through the injection of six kinds of different wastewater, the flow experiments were carried out on 7 natural cores with different permeability from Daqing Xingnan oilfield, and the effect of reinjected sewage quality on the permeability of reservoir was investigated. The results showed that the blockage types of the cores by suspended substance in six kinds of reinjected sewage included three forms: penetrating blockage, transitional blockage and small shallow blockage, and the penetrating blockage was main role. The clogging form was mainly controlled by the concentration of suspended solids in water.The affecting chart of six kinds of reinjected wastewater on the permeability of different reservoir was established; For Xingnan oilfield in Daqing, it's recommended that the injecting boundary for the reservoirs of 3×10~(-3), 7×10~(-3), 20×10~(-3), 50×10~(-3) μm~2 is the sewage whose suspended solid concentration, particle size and oil content are 5 mg/L,3 μm and 1 mg/L; The injecting boundary for the reservoirs of 110×10~(-3) and 180×10~(-3) μm~2 is the sewage whose suspended solid concentration, particle size and oil content are 5 mg/L,5 μm and 2 mg/L; The injecting boundary for the reservoir of 250×10~(-3) μm~2 is the sewage whose suspended solid concentration, particle size and oil content are 8 mg/L,5 μm and 2 mg/L.
