摘要
主要阐述船用脱氮装置催化还原技术(SCR)的相关法规、原理、类型以及其尿素系统设计方案等。介绍了尿素溶液的特性、还原反应原理,以及其耗量计算、储存、驳运、日用及泄放等。最后,对尿素系统的管材使用、防护措施和自动化设计做了相应的推荐;并对相关规范或标准对此系统的要求加以归纳整理,对设计过程中可能遇到的问题以及潜在影响作了分析总结,希望为今后的设计和安装提供有价值的参考和借鉴。
        The marine SCR technology for NOx reduction equipment including regulations,principle,category and the solution for urea system. The characteristics of urea,the principle of reduction reaction and the consumption calculation,storage,transfer,service,drain for urea system were introduced. Besides,the recommendation was made for the material of piping,protective equipment and automatic design. The rules and standard of urea system were summarized.The problem may arising and the impact of all aspects in the process of the design were analyzed,serving as the reference for the future installation and application.
