摘要
最佳人力资源管理模式在高校组织绩效评价过程中具有十分重要的作用和意义,有利于促进高校绩效管理的有效性,有利于提高教职工的能力,实现绩效效应的最大化。最佳人力资源管理模式既是高校实现绩效考核目标的保障,又是高校实现三维绩效考核的动力。因此,要把最佳人力资源管理模式充分地应用到高校组织绩效评价中,建立公平、公正的绩效评价制度,建立完善的教职工信息数据库,提高教师对于绩效评价的参与度,构建良好的评价氛围,完善高校的薪酬分配制度,进而更好地促进高校持续健康发展。
        The optimal human resource management model plays a very important role and significance in the process of performance evaluation in colleges and universities, which is conducive to promote the effectiveness of the management of performance in colleges and universities, improve the ability of faculty and staff and realize the maximization of performance effect. The optimal human resource management mode is not only the guarantee for the realization of the goals of universities' performance appraisal, but also the driving force of achieving three-dimensional performance appraisal in colleges and universities. Therefore, it is necessary that the application of optimal human resource management model should be fully applied to the evaluation of performance in colleges and universities, establish a fair and impartial system of performance evaluation, erect and improve the perfect information database of faculty and staff, improve teachers' participation in the performance evaluation, build a good evaluation atmosphere, perfect the system of salary distribution in colleges and universities, and consequently better promote the sustainable and healthy development of colleges and universities.
