人工梭梭林寄生肉苁蓉生态修复效果分析

摘要
研究荒漠区人工种植梭梭林寄生肉苁蓉以后对生态修复效果的影响。以新疆吐鲁番市高昌区恰特喀勒乡公相村人工梭梭林生态修复区作为实验样地布设点,选取成功接种肉苁蓉的3年生寄主梭梭(处理A)和未接种肉苁蓉的3年生梭梭(CK)为调查对象,分别测定其树高、地径、冠幅、生物量、生长量和近地表温湿度,并分别采集不同深度的土壤样品进行含水量、养分和含盐量分析。接种肉苁蓉的实验样地近地表温度高于未接种肉苁蓉样地,而近地表湿度则正好相反;两者不同深度土壤养分指标有显著差异,但无明显规律性;土壤含水量CK均高于处理A;接种肉苁蓉样地的梭梭树高、地径和冠幅,普遍小于未接种样地,且个体间差异较大。肉苁蓉寄生对寄主梭梭当年的生长存在一定程度抑制作用,对生态修复效果会产生一定影响。
        To study the effects of artificial plantation of parasitic Cistanche deserticola on ecological restoration in desert area.Taking the artificial restoration area of Haloxylon amm odendron community as a sample plot in Gongxiang village,Qiatekale township,Gaochang District,Turpan City,Xinjiang.The threeyear-old host Haloxylon amm odendron(treatment A)and the three-year-old Haloxylon amm odendron(CK)which were successfully inoculated with Cistanche deserticola,were selected to measure their tree height,ground diameter,crown width,biomass,growth capacity and near-surface temperature and humidity,and furthermore,soil samples at different depths were collected for soil moisture content,nutrient and salt analysis.The near-surface temperature of the experimental plots inoculated with Cistanche deserticola was higher than that of the non-inoculated Cistanche deserticola,while the near-surface humidity was just the opposite.There were significant differences in soil nutrient indexes of two different depths soil,but there was no obvious regularity;CK was higher than treatment A in soil water content;The tree height,ground diameter and crown width of Haloxylon ammodendron in the experimental plots were generally smaller than those in the Haloxylon ammodendron not inoculated with Cistanche deserticola,and there were obvious differences among the individuals.From the findings,we can conclude that the parasitism of Cistanchedeserticolahas a certain degree inhibition to the growth of the host Haloxylon amm odendron,and,to some extent also affect the ecological restoration.
