摘要
目的:建立瓜蒌皮药材中五种黄酮类成分的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定不同收集地瓜蒌皮药材中芦丁、异槲皮苷、槲皮苷、槲皮素、山奈酚的含量,并以各成分作为指标进行主成分分析和聚类分析。结果:不同收集地瓜蒌皮药材中黄酮类各成分含量差异较大,异槲皮苷累积方差贡献率为95. 514%,聚类分析结果表明安徽1的瓜蒌皮药材质量最好。结论:以异槲皮苷为公共因子变量,对瓜蒌皮药材进行含量测定可以更好地控制瓜蒌皮药材的质量。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of contents of five flavonoids in Trichosanthis Pericarpium.Methods: The contents of rutin,isoquercitrin,quercitrin,quercetin,kaempferol from different collection areas were determined by HPLC and each component was taken as the indexes for principal component analysis and cluster analysis. Results: The contents of flavonoids in Trichosanthis Pericarpium were significantly different in different collection areas. The cumulative variance contribution rate of isoquercetin was 95. 514%. The results of cluster analysis showed that the quality of Trichosanthis Pericarpium in Anhui 1 was the best. Conclusion: With isoquercetin as the common factor variable,the quality of Trichosanthis Pericarpium could be better controlled by the content determination.
