基于数据的支持度和置信度挖掘《医学衷中参西录》中生药的使用规律

摘要
目的基于数据的支持度和置信度挖掘《医学衷中参西录》中生药的使用,初步探讨其规律。方法通过Excel软件将1～8卷治病方中使用的中药建数据库,制定标准化处理规则并对数据进行处理,分别计算中药和其生用的支持度。选取高支持度的中药药对进行置信度的计算,以SPSS软件进行Euclidean距离计算。结果《医学衷中参西录》共计34类治病方,174首药方,用药172味,合973频次。支持度> 20%的四味中药中,100%生用的为白芍、山药和黄芪等,置信度最高的药对为龙骨/牡蛎等,Euclidean距离最小的药对为乳香/没药。结论数据支持度和置信度的挖掘可以初步发现《医学衷中参西录》中使用生药的规律,张锡纯生药最喜用白芍,最常配伍为生乳香和生没药。
Objective To mine the utility of crude drugs in Integrating Chinese and Western Medicine based on the levels of support and confidence of data and explore preliminarily the use rules. Methods Using Excel software,the database of the Chinese herbal medicines used in the formula of the volumes 1 to 8 was established. The standard processing rules were formulated and the data were processed. The supports of the Chinese herbal medicines and their crude drugs were calculated separately. The confidence was calculated among the pair drugs with high support. Using SPSS software,Euclidean distance was calculated. Results In Integrating Chinese and Western Medicine,there are 34 categories of herbal formulas,including 174 formulas,174 kinds of herbal drugs. The use frequency is 995 times. Among the four herbal medicines with the supports > 20%,the 100% crude drugs are radix paeoniae alba,Chinese yam and astragalus membranaceus. The pair drugs with the highest confidence are ossa draconis and concha ostreae. The pair drugs with the shortest Euclidean distance are olibanum and myrrh. Conclusion The support and confidence of the data preliminarily explore the rules of the use of crude drugs in Integrating Chinese and Western Medicine. Among these crude drugs commonly used in Zhang Xisheng's clinical practice,radix paeoniae alba is the most favorite,the raw olibanum and myrrh are the most common pair drugs.
