摘要
油田燃气过热蒸汽注汽锅炉的特点确定烟气冷凝技术具有应用空间,研究了红003井区用天然气组分及燃烧特性,分析了烟气回收显热和潜热的影响因素。根据烟气冷凝规律优化设计换热装置,采用短烟道无引风机高位冷凝装置,优化了烟风结构,稳定了炉膛压力,保证了锅炉安全燃烧效果与合理的负荷分配,避免了冬季烟囱水雾结冰。对烟气冷凝水的腐蚀性问题,提出了避免烟囱和冷凝器腐蚀的对策。针对试运行中存在的问题,优化了烟道气密性安装工艺。测试结果表明:锅炉平均节能率提高5%。CO_2减排量8 930 t/a,SO_2减排量26.2 kg/a,NOx减排量8.53 t/a。
        The characteristics of oil field gas superheated steam injection boiler determine that the technology of flue gas condensation has application space. The composition and combustion characteristics of natural gas used in Hong003 well area are studied,and the influencing factors of sensible heat and latent heat recovery of flue gas are analyzed. According to the law of flue gas condensation,the heat exchanger is optimized,and the short flue high-level condensation device without induced draft fan is adopted to optimize the flue gas structure, stabilize the furnace pressure, ensure the safe combustion effect and reasonable load distribution of the boiler, and avoid the chimney water fog icing in winter. The corrosiveness of flue gas condensate water is studied, and the countermeasures to avoid the corrosion of chimney and condenser are put forward. Aiming at the problems existing in the trial operation,the installation process of flue gas tightness was optimized. The test results show that the average energy saving rate of boiler is increased by 5%. CO2 emission reduction 8930 t/a, sulfur dioxide emission reduction 26.2 kg/a,nitrogen oxide emission reduction 8.53 t/a.
