摘要
通过查询资料与现场调研,收集了某大型铁矿的矿床地质、矿体赋存特征、工程地质、水文地质等资料。运用3GSM不接触测量系统对各分段典型区域岩矿体结构面进行测量,并运用JMX Analyst模块统计分析,对区域内的矿岩体稳定性进行评价。根据矿岩体性质及稳定性,并参照国内同类矿山经验,择优提出2个采矿方案。通过技术经济比较,并综合考虑矿石回采率、生产安全性等,推荐采用上向进路充填法,并给出了采矿方法指标设计和回收过程的安全措施。
Through inquiry data and field investigation,the deposit geology,ore body occurrence characteristics,engineering geology,hydrogeology and other data of a large iron ore were collected.The structural planes of ore bodies in typical zones were measured by the non-contact measurement system of 3GSM.And the stability of ore bodies in these zones was evaluated by statistical analysis of JMX Analysis module.According to the properties and stability of rock mass and the experiences of similar mines in China,two mining schemes were proposed.Based on the comparison of technology and economy,and considering the recovery rate,production safety and other factors,the upward filling method was recommended.Moreover,the index design of mining method and the safety measures of recovery were proposed.
