露天坑排尾边坡与地下巷道稳定性分析

摘要
以矿山露天坑和地下工程实际情况为工程背景,运用Midas-Flac3d耦合建模方法,建立了矿区采坑和地下巷道三维数值模型,采用极限平衡分析法和有限差分数值分析法,开展了露天坑不同的干排尾砂高度工况下边坡和地下巷道的稳定性分析。结果表明:随着干排高度的增加,边坡安全系数逐渐增加;干排混合料起到加固坡脚和边坡挡土墙的效果;露天坑干排高度对下方巷道围岩位移和应力的影响较小;巷道围岩整体上处于弹性状态,稳定性较好,巷道局部小范围出现塑性区,应加强局部加固。并提出了露天坑和边坡面的防渗措施,为矿山露天坑和尾矿排放综合治理提供借鉴和参考。
        Taking open pit and underground engineering of a mine as background,the three-dimensional numerical model of mining pit and underground roadway is established with the Midas-Flac3d coupling modeling method. The stability analysis on slope and underground roadways under different tailings backfilling height in open pit are carried out with the method of limit equilibrium analysis and finite difference numerical analysis. The results show that the safety factor of slopes increases with the increase of dry tailings dumping height,and the dry tailing mixture has the effect on strengthening the slope foot and the retaining wall of slope;the dry tailing dumpling height of the open pit has little influence on the displacement and stress of the surrounding rock in underground roadways;The surrounding rock of roadway is in an elastic state on the whole with high stability. The plastic zone appears in the local roadway at small scale,and so it is necessary to strengthen the local place. The anti-seepage measures for open pit and side slopes are also put forward,which provides reference for comprehensive treatment of open pit and tailings dumping in mines.
