网络环境下大学生就业观教育探析

摘要
目前高校毕业生就业难问题日益凸显,对当前网络环境下大学生就业观教育不足是一重要原因。因此,针对现实问题,从分析当前网络环境下大学生就业观教育的基本内涵入手,对当前大学生职业生涯规划教育、创业观教育等方面呈现的诸多不足和问题进行了深入剖析,进而从网络环境下大学生就业观的自我培养与塑造,高校大学生职业教育理念、模式和层次提升等方面,提出了加强网络环境下大学生就业观教育的对策建议。
At present,the employment problem of college graduates is becoming increasingly prominent,which is an important reason for the lack of education of college graduates' employment view under the current network environment.Therefore,in view of the realistic problems,starting with the analysis of the basic connotation of college students' employment view education under the current network environment,this paper makes a thorough analysis of the shortcomings and problems in the current college students' career planning education and entrepreneurship outlook education.From the aspects of self-cultivation and shaping of college students' employment view under the network environment,the concept,mode and level improvement of college students' vocational education,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the education of college students' employment view under the network environment.
