摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定小麦粉中的辛硫磷残留,样品用乙腈提取,经涡旋、离心后,移取上清液经氮吹至近干,Florisil固相萃取小柱净化,外标法定量。该方法在0.025~2.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,辛硫磷在小麦粉中的最低检出限为0.005mg/kg。加标回收试验结果表明,辛硫磷在小麦粉中的平均回收率为85.0%~90.5%,RSD为2.5%~3.1%。方法的灵敏度及精密度均符合小麦粉中辛硫磷残留量检测的要求。
A method for determining phoxim residue in wheat flour was developed by HPLC using external standard method for quantitation, acetonitrile as extractant, and vortex, centrifugal, moving from that the supernatant fluid nitrogen blow to nearly dry,purification by Florisil cartridge. The linear range was 0.025-2.0 mg/L. The minimum detection mass ratio of cymoxanil for wheat flour was 0.005 mg/kg. Test results of spiked recoveries of phoxim in wheat flour ranged between 85.0% and 90.5%. The RSD of phoxim in wheat flour ranged 2.5% and 3.1%. The method was satisfied for the determination of phoxim residue in wheat flour.
