摘要

对于高等院校教育而言,师范专业培养目的就是为社会培养更多的教育人才,努力构建起符合社会新需要的人才培养体系以及各级梯队,进而满足实际的数量和质量需要。新时期教师资格证考试制度做出了很多改革和应用创新,尤其是"国考"制度的推出,使得各级师范生需要结合这些新的实际变动做出调整,进而满足实际需求,提升自我素质。本文结合英语师范生培养模式,谈如何在教师资格证"国考"背景下提升个人实践能力,进而为实际业务推进打下坚实的基础,为学生整体发展带来帮助。
        As far as higher education is concerned,the purpose of training teachers' specialty is to train more educational talents for the society, and strive to build up a talent training system and echelons that meet the new needs of the society, so as to meet the actual needs of quantity and quality. In the new era,the teacher qualification examination system has made many reforms and application innovations, especially the introduction of the "National Examination"system,which makes normal students at all levels need to make adjustments in the light of these new actual changes, so as to meet the actual needs and improve their self-quality. Combining with the training mode of English normal students, this paper discusses how to improve personal practical ability under the background of the National Examination of Teachers' Qualification Certificate,thus laying a solid foundation for the promotion of practical business and bringing help to the overall development of students.
