布地奈德联合复方异丙托溴铵治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染后咳嗽临床疗效及咳嗽症状评分分析

摘要
目的分析布地奈德联合复方异丙托溴铵对小儿肺炎支原体感染后咳嗽的临床治疗效果。方法选取2016年1月~2018年8月到我院治疗的80例小儿肺炎支原体感染患者作为研究对象,将患者进行随机分组,分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者采用氨溴索进行治疗,观察组患者采用布地奈德联合复方异丙托溴铵治疗,比较两组患者肺炎支原体感染后咳嗽治疗的有效率,对患者咳嗽症状症状及生活质量进行评分,比较治疗前后肺炎支原体感染后咳嗽血嗜酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白(eosinophil cationic protein)和嗜酸性粒细胞水平(eosinophil)的变化。结果观察组患者在肺炎支原体感染后咳嗽治疗的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后观察组患者的咳嗽症状及生活质量评分改善程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的ECP、EOS均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德与复方异丙托溴铵联合治疗对小儿肺炎支原体感染后咳嗽具有确切的临床治疗效果,对小儿咳嗽情况具有显著改善的效果,值得在临床进行推广。
        Objective To analyze the clinical effect of budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide on cough in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. Methods Eighty children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2018 were enrolled. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with ambroxol. The patients in the observation group were treated with budesonide and compound ipratropium bromide. The effective rate of cough treatment after pneumoniae infection was compared between the two groups. The symptoms of cough and quality of life of patients were scored, and the changes of blood eosinophil cationic protein and eosinophils were compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The improvement of cough symptoms and quality of life scores in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The ECP and EOS of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, which was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of budesonide and compound ipratropium bromide has a definite clinical effect on cough in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection, and can significantly relieve cough in children, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
