摘要
直流纹波电压的存在将影响电力电子变压器(PET)的可靠性,制约其体积的优化与能量密度的提升。针对这一问题,提出一种PET直流电压纹波抑制策略。首先,分析PET的拓扑结构与控制策略,从能量传输角度分析PET直流纹波电压的产生机理,提出基于纹波功率传递通路构建的直流纹波电压抑制策略;然后,对所提控制策略进行建模分析,并通过线性拟合的方法对控制系统的非线性环节进行解耦,实现控制系统中直流环节与交流环节性能的独立分析;最后,仿真与实验验证了理论分析的正确性与所提控制策略的有效性。
        For cascaded power electronic transformer, ripple voltage in the dc side will affect the reliability and restrict the optimization of volume and energy density. To suppress and control the ripple voltage, a novel control strategy is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the topology and control strategy of cascaded PET are described briefly. From the perspective of the dc ripple voltage generating mechanism, the ripple voltage suppression strategy with a ripple power transmission channel is proposed for PET. Then, the model of the proposed control strategy is built. The nonlinear link of the model is decoupled by a linear fitting method to analyze the control performance of the DC loop and AC loop. Simulation and experiment results have verified the proposed control strategy.
